Scott is always fantastic! But yesterday I was having some major neck spasms for 5 days and could not turn my head. He spent extra time on that area and I honestly feel so much better today.

Oh my gosh!!! I’ll do my best to describe my experience, but honestly, putting it into words just doesn’t do it justice. The Hand & Stone in Malvern is truly in a league of its own. I’ve been to other locations before, but this one is beyond exceptional, there’s just something special about it. I’ve had a fantastic facial here, but my absolute favorite service is massage and Scott is a miracle worker. I carry a ton of tension in my shoulders, and he somehow manages to reach every ligament, tendon, and muscle with such care and precision. I always opt for the hot stone upgrade, and the way Scott incorporates the stones feels like pure heaven. I walk out of my session feeling like Jell-O, completely relaxed and recharged. He’s not only incredibly skilled but also polite, professional, and genuinely kind. Hands down the best massage therapist! The front desk staff is just as wonderful. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. Every time I come in, they offer me a warm neck wrap before my massage and are always knowledgeable about ongoing promotions or ways to enhance my experience. Their attention to detail and kindness truly set this location apart. Recently, I had a less-than-great experience at another Hand & Stone location, which reminded me that just because something is convenient doesn’t mean it’s the right fit. Malvern has earned my complete loyalty. In fact, the Malvern front desk staff overheard that I’d been overcharged at the other location and took it upon themselves to contact that location and fix the issue for me - all while I was getting my massage with Scott! I had no idea until afterward, and it was the most thoughtful and unexpected gesture. This team genuinely cares, and it shows in every interaction. Their customer service is unmatched, and their professionalism, compassion, and skill have made me a forever fan. I cannot recommend this location enough - thank you, Malvern team, for being the absolute best! I love this place ten times over!

My spouse and I left very much relaxed and loose after a couples massage with Donna and Scott! Highly recommended for a professional, knowledgeable, and relaxed session. We enjoyed it so much that we signed up for monthly services! Thank you!

Love this place! The staff here is amazing. They have all been super helpful and really go above and beyond to create an awesome customer experience. Scott G. is a massage master! I have been to him several times now and the difference he has made with some chronic pain I’ve had is remarkable. He is attentive, responsive, personable and just an all around amazing massage therapist. I highly, highly recommend him!

I’ve had 4 hot stone massages here so far and have left completely satisfied each time. Both Scott and Jamara were extremely skillful and pleasant, and the owner is very welcoming and accommodating as well. Pricing is very reasonable, and I’m enjoying being a member here!

Front desk staff is always super friendly and welcoming! I’ve booked 3 massages with Scott and they are always amazing. He is very talented and knowledgeable. I highly recommend scheduling a massage with him!

The Spa has such a nice relaxing feeling as soon as you arrive through the door. Leslie greeted me when I arrived and could not have been more accommodating and Scott was teriffic!!
